When you Join Clubzed you’ll receive 3 messages and a WAP push, which is the access to Clubzed on your mobile. The messages will tell you all about Clubzed and brief description about the great offer.

For the WAP link this will be named “Enter Club Zed” once you click on it, you’ll taken straight to Clubzed and now you can use your Clubzed credits straight from your mobile.

If you’re having problems accessing the wap link you may not have the correct WAP settings. To get these you can either contact your service provider or download them yourself by clicking here for step by step instructions

Your Access to Clubzed will be sent to your mobile every 5 days as long as you’re a Clubzed customer.

You can also download your weekly content from this website. Just find the content you like and click on the get     and follow the simple instructions.

• Polyphonic's, ringtones, Wallpapers and Java Games are delivered to your handset in a different way to Monophonic Ringtones.
• You need to know whether your handset is a Monophonic or Polyphonic handset.
• A monophonic tone is delivered straight to your handset, you only need to press play or save to use the tone. Polyphonic ringtones are delivered via WAP.
• Once you have ordered from Clubzed you will also receive a WAP Link. Depending on your handset this may have another name such as WAP PUSH MESSAGE, PUSH MESSAGE, SERVICE MESSAGE and various other names.
• Normal text message are saved in your text inbox but WAP messages are normally saved in a different folder in your handset so if you lose it, consult our handset  FAQs or consult your handset handbook.
