I've received 3 Welcome messages and an ENTER CLUB ZED push message, what do I do next?
This is called a WAP push message which transports you to the Club zed mobile site where you can search through 1000's of items. This Browser message is stored in different locations depending on which handset you have. If the phone and SIM is correctly configured for WAP and GPRS, after one click you should connect to your ordered content which will then start to download. Once the content is received, just follow your handsets instructions to save the file in an appropriate location. Usually this involves clicking OPTIONS, SAVE and then re-naming the file. Click OK and save the file. You have now downloaded your content

How many credits do I get?
As a Club zed member you will receive 5 credits every 5 days which you can use to download content whenever you like. These will roll-over for a month too so you don't lose out.

How much does a Club zed products cost?
It works out to 30p each if you use up your 5 credits each 5 days. This is billed through a text message sent to your phone. You will get billed £1.50 every 5 days and this will give you 5 credits to choose any content that you want, except for games, which are limited to 1 per week. This text billing will show up on your phone bill as 1.50 text message charge. If you have a pay as you go phone, the amount will be debited from your phone credit.

You don't list my phone, can I still download polyphonic tones to it?
No, all of our polyphonic tones are offered to specific mobiles only. If you do not have a handset listed as a compatible device, then we cannot guarantee it will download or work. Please check our compatibility charts for a list of devices that do support our polyphonic tones BEFORE you order

I ordered from Clubzed but I haven't received anything yet, what do I do?
The chances are that there is congestion in the mobile phone network which is delaying your messages being sent back to you. You can check this by turning you phone off and then turning it back on as this sometimes helps to search for new messages on your mobile number. Until you receive texts from zed, you won't be charged or lose any credits. After making your order you will get up to three messages which can take up to 24 hours to reach your phone.

When will I get a new link as I've deleted mine?
Just text JOIN to 8007 and get you wap push back with your saved download information. Or after 5 days of joining you'll receive a new link sent to your phone.

Where do I find the content on my phone once I have downloaded it?
Again this can differ slightly between handsets and content. Usually for a Polyphonic an audio file is stored in a TONES, SOUNDS or RINGTONES folder which can sometimes be found in the GALLERY or MEDIA section. Games will be in your GAMES or ENTERTAINMENT section and software like Pumpets, Zed Clocks and Magic Ball can be found in your APPLICATIONS folder.

How do I set the downloaded polyphonic tone as my ringing tone for my phone?
Click on Menu, select Tones, select Tone Settings, select Ringing Tone and then scroll through your sounds until you have found the one you want. Once selected, this option will be set. With other handsets you have to go to the Gallery folder and find Tones or Sounds. This will display your personal ringtones you have downloaded. Highlight the ringtone you wish to set, select Options and select 'use as Ringtone'. Otherwise, go into Profiles then choose a profile to personalize, e.g. General, Meeting. Then choose Ringing tone and volume. Don't forget to activate this profile.

How do I get GPRS settings on my phone?
You must be WAP Enabled to access the mobile internet to receive polys, wallpapers, animations, Java Games, etc. To check if you can access WAP services on your mobile handset, do the following test: select the "Services" or "Internet" option on the phone menu and then choose "Home". If you do not connect, then you are not WAP Enabled. You will need to set up your wap settings, you can either call your service provider like Vodafone or O2 or you can do it yourself by clicking here

A game wasn't compatible do I lose a credit?
No. You will get a message telling you that there is an error or that your advice is not compatible if you download the game through the WAP site.

When is Clubzed updated?
Content is updated once a week with new content being regularly introduced which pushes the boundaries in wireless technology.

I've seen a Zed ad in a magazine can I get my content from there?
Yes. All content advertised in press and TV is included in the Club zed package which leaves you with more content than your memory can manage.

Check compatibility Please check in the compatibility list if your phone is compatible with the game of your choice as this will save you plenty of time and frustration.

Download & Play!
After texting your chosen code for the game of your choice you will receive the link which takes you to the game file which will start downloading to your handset. Follow the instructions and pick a folder to store the software. You might get a message which says that the software is 'untrusted' and 'continue anyway' option to which you can click YES. After installing you start enjoying hours of fun - it's that easy!
